Although, from a tactical POV, The tee handle on the Ref: http://spearpointtech.com/product/knife/
gives me concern as a belt mount. Because sometimes the gloves need to come off, and I keep a lot of extra gear, so I worry about the similar handles on my belt, as I would not want to improperly cross-reference during any of my physical encounters.

Studies have shown, that cops who have Facebook pages, and who park marked units in their driveways, (both, dumb fuck things to do), are not cops. Further, they're likely to over-value the POV of others.

Can't deny he's been doing a good job representing himself, the wife and kids though. Wife's on the PBA payroll for a dozen years as a no-show "Office Assistant", Kaz Jr just got promoted to sergeant (Ric waived the psych to hire him) and Kaz "appointed" him as a PBA rep. Kristen is PBSO civilian getting high risk FRS benefits and is a PBA rep, too, and her hubby is "working" at Fleet Management despite finishing at the bottom at the interview board scoring. And what about COLAs? Kaz has been giving himself a 5% COLA on his PBA salary for over 10 years per the PBA policy he wrote for himself. That 5% is on top of the Career Deputy 2, Step 5 level PBA salary he wrote for himself right before he retired and couldn't be fulltime release anymore. Which is around the time he wrote that the PBA has to buy him another vehicle on top of that 700 series BMW the PBA bought that his wife drives around. Which is around the time he fired Lipman, as a favor to his buddy the sheriff, too. Never been elected and probably will be re-"appointed" by the Board of Directors for another 4 years.

5% steps on the Career Deputy pay plan for retired PBA prez paid for by PBA member's dues. Nice! I hear that PBA reps get all their dues paid back to them at Christmas time in one fat check if they showed up at the meetings. Did Kaz pay himself back too? If he did, he paid himself back for PBA dues that the PBA members paid for him while he was on fulltime release? Right? On fulltime release his whole paycheck including his 3% FRS contributions and his PBA dues were paid out of the PBA Time Pool. Which means PBA members paid his PBA dues. Did he cut himself checks to repay himself anyways?

If theres a way of squeezing out a buck for himself you gotta know that Kaz is on it. Multiple PBA salaries, PBA charity "overhead", PBA credit card purchases, jobs for the family, a couple cars.

Is there a PBA election? Members have no say in anything over there. The reps are the ones that elect PBA president and executive board members, but they're not putting out any information. They'd be up for re-election too if there is.

Maybe someone can tell the press how Bradshaw systematically destroyed the Substance Abuse and Awareness Program, better known as the Drug Farm, so these individuals could be directed to his secretary's drug program. Wonder how much he gets for that?

Det Michael Kelliher and My Love, PBGPD Ofc. Victor Rosado 4 Ever, "Bottoms Up", for Coney Island White Fish

BSOTalk.GIF

I can answer that.

Officer Victor Rosado is my ex boy friend, and we first met when we were working The 69th Pct. together. He was working Charlie sector, I was doing Adam. That was back when I was Bi. But now I'mmarried. Actually, this is all public record, and can be easily found by making a PRR @ 1 PP in NYC. So I'll explain.

Back then, I found Ofc. Victor Rosado very hot!!! I was his bottom. And we used to have nice dinners on The L, dance at Lamaur's, and then take a nice drives down Rockaway Pk'way to the pier's for romantic togetherness. Many nights with quiet time watching the lights of the Verrazano, glistening off the waters off Sheepshead Bay, as Victor was pounding away. Many nights at the tavern. Those were the days my friend.
Here's a Russian song to help you understand. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KODZtjOIPg

Allison, now my wife, back then, was busy shaking down, and shacking up with an older Det. from The 74, and was living off Central Ave. in Yonkers.

So funny now, but I remember when I was blowing Victor at our nice spot under the board walk at Coney Island, and then Capt. Burns walk up on us. Too funny. He told us never to let him catch us again and then the following week, he caught us again. After that time, we stopped going there on Friday nights, and instead trolled Fort Hamilton, and cruised for drunken servicemen @ The PX. lol. I'll find some old pictures and upload.

Anyhow, me and Officer Victor Rosado go way back, and remained friends. Funny you should ask.

Might want to refresh yourself on P&P. They've got arrest powers all throughout the state. It sounds like you have been passed up for promotion countless times and more than likely a corrections deputy overrode you and got the promotion - completely understandable because they've got the experience, the bravery and you just sit on a website and pound your keyboard.

I would suggest growing up but given that you're syntax is that of a person who is in their early 50's it would be a waste of time. Give it a rest, old man. They are cops - deal with it.

Good Morning Confidential Informant, and Defense Attorney,

I'm watching the sun rise over the Caspian Sea. Very beautiful. It made me think, what an ocean of information you are. And I wanted to thank you for your candor.

I have a question. As you know, Tolbert forged a document, (police form) that was originally procured, "blank" by PBGPD a 2nd responding road ofc. When the victim of theft and fraud asked for an IA investigation for the 2nd responding officer, a Major at PBGpD directed the victim to yet, another road ofc. by the name of Rosado, or as our records reflect, you know him as "Victor".
Every time the victim asked for the progress on the IA, a Maj. would direct to "Victor", and Victor would ask for a cease. Obviously they were going to set up the victim again by claiming he was cyber stalking an ofc., "even though, he was directed by the brass.
Please find the run-around the victim went through by Major Rogers, Major Pape, and The Chief's office.

PBG IA Enigma - The Pape Process.GIF

My Question is:
1. How long have you known PBG Officer "Victor ?

FBI has questions ? I don't care. I'm covered.
I'm already getting my intricate testimony together.
Answers to questions is as follows:

1. 5th.
2. 5th.
3. 5th.
4. 5th.
5. 5th.
6. 5th.
7. 5th.
8. 5th.
9. 5th.
10. 5th.

X's 13 = 130 5th's. That's 7 more than in the Seth Adams murder.

BTW,
What's the record for for the amount 5th's Amendment's given in any one setting?

The Problems of Palm Beach, should surface in Washington DC. That's perfect.

The county is being manged by frauds, thieves, pedophiles and cold blooded murderers.
The courts are safe havens for these criminals. Our corrupt judges, are the enablers,
who set the standards assuring future harms.

Our judges encourage, (and dictate) private attorney's to turn on their own clients, when the clients, report corrupted county officials and contractors.

Whenever you act in a corrupt manor, while engaged in criminal activity, you're really reaching out for PBSOTalk to help you. I'm glad I was invited to this arena. It must have been a calling from above. Exposing these criminals is job one. Thank you for the invite. My RSVP's is being sent now.
For all the swine running the crooked courts. Should have been careful for what you wished for.

Re: Alan May and Ann Burke

Guest wrote:You are dreaming. Alan May is the biggest ass clown this agency has. Let's look at Alan's career. He did pass the sergeants test but was appointed a Captain by former Sheriff Bieluch. Alan was assigned to Training where he appointed a former Deputy to be his Lieutenant. That never materialized because that deputy was out sexually harassing all the females in the airport, but was allowed to retire instead of being fired. Alan then never did any of the required state paperwork for over a year (because he is so lazy) that caused almost every sworn employee would have been decertified. Alan was moved down to District 7 to be trained by then Captain Alfred Musco, while the new captain in Training straightened out Alan's mess. Alan decided since he was Bieluch's boy he didn't need the training from Musco and refused his help. As a result Alan was demoted to Lieutenant. He should have been demoted to his last tested position but Bieluch didn't want to be a hard ass. Alan has trotted around in a tested position he never took and screwed up there also. When Bradshaw was first elected Sheriff, Alan trotted his self entitled ass to speak with him and asked for his Captain's position back. Luckily Bradshaw did some research and find out how bad Alan was and didn't promote him. After several years as the laziest watch commander this department has seen, Alan was given a second chance at running somethin and failed miserably in the Marine Unit. First, he again didn't complete required paperwork and hardly showed for work, thinking he didn't have to be there. His arrogant and pompous attitude caused his subordinates to let the cat out of the bag so to say. His collusion with a former department terrorist also helped to bring him down because he took her advise on several things that came back to bite him on his ass. So, as for Alan being a victim, that is all BS. He should thank GOD every morning he gets up that he has been allowed to hold the rank of Lieutenant and collect a big paycheck. In closing, yes Alan is close to retirement and should consider pulling the plug now, not later. His lack of leadership is appalling. Now you know the real story.

Re: Demario botched up Dougan Investigation

Moneybags wrote:For all your assholes that don't get the truth -- Listen it was Frank DeMario (PBSO) who fucked up the Dougan investigation from start to finish. Obviously, Demario has another agenda... What might that be? The FEDS saw fit to raid Dougan's dump of a house and continue one would hope to investigate Marc Dougan.... A federal Judge to sign off on a warrant is serious business ---- Not like the corrupt 15th Judicial... Question? "TAG ALONG" State Attorney Dave Aronberg is his office investigating the Corrupt Guardian Betsy Savitt wife of Dirty former Judge Martin Colin? Along with Judge French.... Great Story PBP preporter Jphn Pacenti.....

Lets get Frank DeMario's NYPD file....... You will be shocked....... Get his NYPD file....

Ever since De Mario been in charge, there's been no activity in the killing fields of Palm Beach County.

Allen and Arajo are great promotions. Great cops who have been there done that. They will make up for Demario's lack of any knowledge. Hopefully, tjhat senile dumb ass lets them make the decisions and stays the fuck out of the way so we don't get sued for to much money. Major promotions are good guys to.

Marks is protected by that assbag Calise, who is protected by The Godfather. He'll agree to trading vacation time in as a suspension and it'll be done. He'll be beating people again before you know it.

Its exactly what management is looking for. They feed off of the praise of tyrants.
And management gets a predictable and controllable drone, dependent on the judgement of others.
That's today's template.

The following has been transcribed by Galena for Yuri.

You say,
"But corruptly firing their own attorney and the guy that was getting them out of trouble? Because their employer "ordered" their "union" president to do it? Really?"

I say,
Members should be able to enjoy exercising their 6th Amendment Right to Council of Choice.

I say,
LEO's are not 2nd class citizens.

I say,
No county or state, or (fraternal Org.) can be made to abridge federally protected rights.

I say,
Get opinion from Pam Bondi office. It costs nothing. Use 3rd party.

Over there, 6th. Amendment important. You swore to protect it. Do you job.

What say you ?

Re: Hacked letter from Gary Lipman to criminal Sheriff Bradshaw

Whenever Kaz is getting ready for another caper, like writing a new PBA policy to triple his PBA salary or use PBA money to buy him and his wife a new vehicle or if an election is coming up, things get real quiet around the PBA. Nothing to see here, move along. When he fired Lipman and word spread fast and he thought the membership was going to rise up and jam into the next PBA meeting, he got real scared and started calling around about a bs story for why Gary got fired. Lambiet wrote about what happened. Kaz said "Gary wasn't fired, he was just terminated". If Kaz thinks maybe somebody is going to get nominated to run against him next month, he's already quietly at work making sure some puppet makes that motion that him and the rest of the Executive Board stay on for another 4 years, and some other puppet seconds the motion. If you blink during the meeting your going to miss it. There's just too much money at stake for Kaz to risk a real secret ballot vote. He's counting on cowards. Up to now he's been right.

Just keep paying for attorney's. We want your life's blood. We'll have many hearings for no reason.
As soon as you bring in your computer experts and private investigators,
I'll recuse myself, because I'm a dishonest coward, and part of The 15th's pedophile ring.

This is why we here do not like PBSOTalk. Plus, we're in PBSO's pockets.

BTW, to Allison The Attorney / and The Two Faced Confidential Informant,

Allison, please do not indicate in open court, that I know Kris Tolbert, and that we're friends.
That's supposed to be off record. It cramps my style, and Its hard to screw the public, when you reveal our scams and inherent conflicts of interests. Stop exposing us, for the frauds we are.
