There's a picture circulating around if a police officer who's head of Internal Affairs, gallavanting with a naked prostitute at a private golf course, and he's still head of Internal Affairs? Come on now fellas. That's a serious breach of the publics trust and confidence. That's a huge appearance of impropriety. That's behavior unbecoming of a law enforcement professional. Is that anyway to run a railroad?
But of course . . . the discrepancies were mentioned to develop your point, not to diminish it.
No way to run a railroad at all; the workers spend all their time chasing pussy & blow, while stealing from themselves and their employer to finance the flagrant fraud . . .
"In accordance to the principles of doublethink, it does not matter if the railroad is not real, or when it is, that completion is not possible. The railroad is not meant to be functional. It is meant to be continuous. The essential purpose of modern railroads, is the destruction of the produce of human labour. A hierarchical society is only possible on the basis of comply and complain. In Palm Beach County, the railroad effort is always planned to keep society on the brink of oblivion. The railroad is financed by the ruling group and built by its own subjects, and its object is not victory over "crime" or "drugs", but to keep the very structure of society intact."

Speaking of Orwellian, I feel compelled to mention the comments I've read on this site (and several others now, as the story of Corruption County is now going viral) about Dougan costing PBC a half-million in a civil rights lawsuit:
Yup, that happened. The plaintiff was another PBSO cop (Deputy Howell) who was pepper sprayed by Dougan. The cop was drunk at the time, and although being sprayed really does suck, that was the only real injury he sustained. So in reality, here we have PBSO deputies costing PBC taxpayers on both sides of the table. Payout = $275,000 + attorney's fees
Yet, Sheriff Rick Bradshaw and Deputy Adams Lin just cost PBC $22.4 million, and Dontrell the ability to even care for himself. Oh, and another $1.5 million or so in settlements so far, and plenty of civil rights actions still pending and in the mail. How much is the Seth Adams murder going to cost PBC taxpayers directly, let alone indirectly? $50 million? $150 million?
What was the cost of Mark Lewis' fruitless, felonious "investigation" into Dougan's affairs, long after Dougan ceased to be a threat to anyone but corrupt PBC politicians? $300K? $600K? How much are the egos of corrupt politicians and dirty cops costing the public they claim to serve right now?
Dougan is no longer a cop; he hasn't been for well over five years. Yet, Sheriff Bradshaw still occupies the most powerful law enforcement position in the county, the SAO is still as corrupt and inept as it ever was, Adams Lin has been cleared and promoted by PBSO, Joshua McGehee & Michael Custer are still exonerated PBSO deputies, etc, etc, etc. Freedom is Slavery. War is Peace. Ignorance is Strength. Fear is Security. Comply and Complain.
