Hint. The IA report on Brush got used by that same PBA lawyer in a D3 CSA's TRB I saw with my own eyes a couple years ago to show the Admin LT and Sgt. up in IA committed felonies to jam up Brush, but nothing happened to THEM. So much for Bradshaw and Gauger's "zero tolerance" for "untruthfulness". Gauger wanted that PBA lawyer fired by Kaz for defending Brush too good. That was before Bradshaw ordered Kaz to fire him for defending Stokes too good. Figure this one out yet?

Stop with the stupid "hint" shit, it's no secret. It was Lippmann. He did his job and tried to save Larry's ass, but Larry was a fucking arrogant piece of shit who did him self in. He did not get any money from the agency, he took his retirement and cashed out his unused leave and left. It was before we had laptops and GPS on our cars. TAC units put a GPS tracker on Larry's green and white to prove he sat at home all shift long, never showing up to calls. He tried to sue saying it was a violation of 4th Amend. but the agency won because the car belongs to PBSO and you have no expectation of privacy when you drive around in their marked unit. just like every single key stroke and web page on your laptop is captured and saved.

Sadly you all are wrong. The GPS battery died a couple of times. Two IA sgts followed him around when it got installed and thought he was heading back to Boca. When they realized he was going to South Bay to set up a command post for a shooting they peeled off and didn't put it in their report of him leaving D5. Lt. Murray swore to the truthfulness of his IA report as required by the LEO Bill of Rights, but he did it more then a month before he wrote the IA report or even questioned anyone and the sgt that notarized the affidavit committed a felony too. All the IA records of his swipe card going into and out of D5 actually showed nothing. One of those days was the day IA followed him towards South Bay, but the swipe card records never showed him leaving, so that was one of the days they still said he just hung out in the District anyways. The fuel filling and mileage records on his Crown Vic matched up against the Google records of miles between his apt in Boca and District 5 showed that on one of the days he got to the District in almost 10 miles less then was possible. You're right about it being Lipman but wrong about everything else. The arbitration hearing blew up when Lipman cross examined Gauger and then confronted Larry Easton with the perjured IA affidavit, and the Sheriff paid him 6 figures to go away after Lipman helped Brush file a lawsuit over the violation of the LEO's Bill of rights. Ask to see the HRB on D3 CSA Mosely. Lipman used the entirely bs IA Report to win it.

What needs to happen is they should be forced to give you all evidence 30 days prior to your investigation. Scum bag drug dealers and murderers get all evidence in advance for trial. There is no reason why they can't do the same for cops. But then of course you would see all the dirty shit they pull in IA and the incompetent idiots like Gail arbor would never win any of her cases.

Another reason the Sheriff needed Lipman gone from the PBA and with Kaz's whole family on the Sheriff's payroll he can't ever say no to Bradshaw. Keep paying those PBA dues,
