SUGGESTION FOR THE PBA

Postby Guest » Fri Dec 08, 2017 12:08 pm

Hey Kaz. We all know you are a fat, greedy, good for nothing loser. With that being said here is a few suggestions you should consider to make the membership believe that you are actually giving back to them.
1. Start by purchasing a vehicle that could be used as a Canteen unit. This vehicle could go out with any agency that had a SWAT call out, a fatal crash investigation, or any long term incident where the members would be for an extended period of time. This vehicle could provide water, PBA Kool Aid, etc. along with quick snacks to keep the members hydrated etc.
2. Purchase an ambulance that could transport members and their families in a non emergency transfer situation from a hospital to rehab, hospital to home, etc. This would save the member money due to the fact no insurance covers these type of transports entirely.
You could use Igo and Tartaglione, and other paid employees of the PBA for driving and operating these vehicles instead of having them sit around all day telling you how good you are. You could even use those paid PBA employees that you have assigned to counter intelligence for the Sheriff. It would be a win win situation for you as most of the sheep that pay dues to the PBA would actually think you are finally doing some good. Thanks

For those of you who are not aware NYPD has these benefits for their personnel. Different bargaining units of the PBA provide these for the members. Maybe Kaz should visit NYPD PBA and see how a real collective bargaining union runs. Kaz tried to get hired by a real police agency, the Boston PD, but couldn't pass the tests so he came down here and got appointed. Kaz still operates under the good old boy system which he is accustomed to. At least give the impression you care about your membership.

Hey. They had a great grading system back in the day. Transit's were slow, at first I thought it was the underground gases, but then found that they were grouped out the gate. Nice guys. Just a little slow. The Housing however, was a place of exile for those thought to be a risk. The placed in the areas where complainants had least clout, hence the housing authority. "Genius" foresight.

It all worked well, because you always knew what you were getting. Back in the day, if you really fucked up, you'd be shipped out to Staten Island. (Exiled) with all the other broken toys. Ohh, and very important. All were allowed to set each other straight, without third party involvements. There was peer pressure within the squads to keep all free from managements UN-lawful agenda's.
PBA was super-strong. No one was singled out, ever...
Cops protected cops on the ground floor prospective. Both from the public, and especially from management.

The PBA organized covertly, blue flu's, and stuck together. Back then, the public loved the cops.

If Lt. Alan May really worked NYCHA, he "should make an excellent for the road officer, because he has actual street training.
It gets real in a lot of projects. You have to have people skills, and know where the borders are. Black church ladies were the best informants. Today's cop would not know that. Old timers would, but not today's batch.

We all know what the NYCHA was. That's why they don't exist today. As for Lt. May, there are bad apples in every bunch. He is the example of that.

I am retired now but have had the displeasure of working with Alan May. He was one of the laziest deputies I ever worked with. When he would get called down about something he would blame someone else, like a little immature kid. When he was promoted he was so bad they transferred him to the airport where he sat until he was knighted by Sheriff Bieluch as a captain and placed in charge of Training. We all have heard the nightmares from there.

With that said, why are we talking about the useless POS Alan May? The post was a suggestion for that other useless POS Kaz. Let's not loose focus. Kaz's boyz are doing what they are paid to do...get the onus off Kaz. Let's get back to this suggestion and Kaz.

Vote another police union in. Voting for a different union is totally secret ballot and so the sheriff can't retaliate against anyone for putting his little buddy Kaz out of business. Bradshaw would fall over if Kaz and the PBA wasn't around to prop him up. The PBA is getting thrown out in secret ballot union elections all over Florida.

Yup! Kaz can fix the PBA elections, but the Public Employee Relations Commission will count the votes when the PBA gets thrown out of PBSO same way the PBA got voted out of BSO. Without $300,000.00 per month in dues coming in every month, Kaz won't have the money to keep paying himself and his wife and their friends. Might have to give up the cars and credit cards and maybe even lose the PBA Kazmahal! SAD? Good riddance!

PBSO civilians REALLY need a new union. PBA lets Bradshaw use civilian positions to pay off his political supporters and friends with supervisor jobs after the civilian PBA members train them!! As long as Kaz's daughter and son-in-law and his pals are on Ric's pad nothing is going to change.

Here’s a suggestion for the moron who started this thread...I’m sorry..HAMPSTER WHEEL. The ride is over. Step off the fucking wheel. Someone MUCH high than the Sheriff is funding the funds, asswipe.

People get PAID to practice Omerta and it isn’t ALWAYS with money. It can be cars or golf clubs or GASP! Political positions.

YOU, “COLLECTIVELY”,
are the ONE AND ONLY
problem with the PALM BEACH COUNTY PBA.

You supply the moola they need to operate. All of you whining, dead ass, moronic BABIES need to shit or get the fuck off the pot.

I believe Mr Moneybags was asking for help sometime back within one of the Mannnnnnnnny PBA/KAS topics. Anyone bother to help? Something about a donations list or such?

Nope. You’d rather REHASH the same, dumb, ignorant, INCORRECT story of how “Kaz” runs the show.

MORONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Christmas at the PBA is when our "union" president's "friends & family program" kicks into high gear! All kinds of Christmas gifts sent for PBA member's getting delivered at the PBA hall. Kaz and the wife and kids pick through the best of them and load up the trunks of their PBA cars before anybody sees anything. This is when golf clubs and other PBA credit card purchases by Kaz get delivered from Whirlaway Golf Center in Methuen Mass, that Kazanjian-owned business he been spending PBA dues money at. Watch for the boxes UPS is delivering!

Just because the boxes are the size to ship golf clubs and golf bags and just because they come in from Methuen, MA doesn't mean theres golf clubs and golf bags inside of them. Give John Kazanjian a break. He's only making two PBA salaries now that he's done at PBSO. Three if you count the wife's PBA salary.

Its worse then depression. Its frustration over your "union" president running the PBA like his own little private family club and sports bar, and anxiety because if you complain his godfather Sheriff Bradshaw will have IA set you up for something. Treatment is a one-time dose of another police union you can vote in by secret ballot. Same as BSO did.

BSO deputies voted the PBA out for all the same reasons PBSO deputies and civilians should. PBA president "Kaz" Kazanjian has been copying from the Broward PBA playbook for years. Building a bid "union" hall and making money on the side renting it out, ect. Except the Broward PBA "leaders" didn't have the balls to actually build their own little cigar smoking room locked up inside their private country club and sports bar or to use the PBA credit cards and "charity" money to eat drink and be as merry on the PBA members dues money right out in the open! When do I get to vote?

You know, of all the batshit crazy ass stuff getting posted here, voting out the PBA's appointed president for life is the ONLY thing PBSO folks really can CHANGE. With Kaz's corrupt sell-out self and his PBA hoax of a union gone, things can start changing on Gun Club Road.

You're right.
That would be the best way to achieve a meaningful change.
The corruption, UN-undeniably ingrained throughout this organization is a matter of its current culture.
PBA leaders and membership are the ones that create the benchmarks, and not work with the corruption.
The current status is a reflection of top down corruption.

Once it gets to the point where you're told not to make waves by a Lt.,
when asking a question to the PBA, there's nothing left to save. Better to start over from scratch...
