Time to vote out the PBA

Postby Guest » Wed Mar 14, 2018 12:59 pm

Now is the time to request PERC cards and vote the PBA out as our Collective Bargaining Agency. The PERC cards are not subject to public view so you don't have to worry about anyone seeing how you voted. Please do not allow this time period to go by and allow the corrupt PBA to continue to reign over you.

Why won't the PBA open their books so the membership can see how YOUR money is being spent? Why is the executive board allowed to operate in the shadows?

Now is the time for change. Take back your voice.

PBA is a cancer that got cut out of BSO a couple years ago and is getting cut out of departments with balls all over Florida. But things are different here. If "Lil Fat 'n Happy Kaz" got away with firing long-time PBA Attorney Lippman for exposing that bogus IA set-up Bradshaw cooked up here, you think anybody in the PBA in this county is going to risk Bradshaw making another complaint to "Lil Fat 'n Happy"?

"Lil Fat 'n Happy" Kaz didn't get that fat 'n happy tan doing real union work. Real union work can be scary. Bradshaw might get mad and yell at him. Maybe even threaten to fire all the Kazanjians on the PBSO payroll. Vote the PBA out and give a real union a chance.

I second the motion! Once the PBA is voted out of PBSO other departments will follow. Oh, by the way. Kaz is up for re-appointment this fall as PBA president. Lil Fat 'n Happy never been elected! Not ever because nobody ever runs against him. But nominations coming up. Only an elected PBA representative can run for PBA president and Executive Council slots. Needs to be a whole new team running for those job titles. How about a Vrchota, Glissen, McGuire ticket? Once the PBA is voted out of the Sheriff's Office and Kaz & Crew are voted out of PBA offices, all the locks on the doors over there need to be changed and a audit can get done. With Kaz useless to Aronberg, that's when the SAO may have the guts to investigate Kaz's use of the PBA credit card up at Whirlaway Golf Center, and Kaz's cashouts for supposedly "unused" time. Felonies?

Just sign the card to have a union run-off election and then vote the PBA out of PBSO. Once the PBA is out of the SO Kaz is useless to Bradshaw and Aronberg and that's when he could face charges. Like how he been paying to fuel up that big boat of his? Like how the gas going into the wife's PBA-bought BMW 750 is getting paid for? Like how many 1000's of dollars been getting charged on his PBA credit card up at Whirlaway Golf Center in Methuen, MA? Once the PBA is out of the SO most of the other departments will vote them out too. Good riddance. Will the Defendant please stand?

Just need to sign the little PERC card that says you want to have an election for another union. Then watch and see how many flyers Bradshaw makes sure get dropped on desks and tables inside and up around on the second floor with bullet points on how great the PBA is. The Sheriff doesn't want to have a real union here.

Kaz just wants to be the next Florida PBA president on top of the Palm Beach County PBA president. He'll get another full-time Florida PBA salary, and another Florida PBA credit card. More free travel, free accommodations, free food, free drinks, free cigars and free golf. Voting the PBA out of PBSO and the littler departments Kaz has been dissing for years will end the partying, the "F & F" Program and Bradshaw's control of the PBA.

Never enough free stuff for the guy. A PBA audit of his credit card purchases going back only to 2010 would be eye-opening. $350,000.00 sounds about right. That doesn't include the wife's credit card purchases of gas for that white BMW the PBA paid for her to drive around in going back to 2005! Sign the cards and get a real union in here!

The PBA is a private country club and sports bar for Kaz's family and friends (its called "F & F" inside the PBA Hall). Your just pissed because you pay PBA dues but your not a member of that club.

The union that threw out the PBA in Broward lets ALL of it's members vote for their union president and other elected officers. Kazanjian has never been elected. Never been any VOTING for PBA president. Earnie George APPOINTED Kaz as PBA president back in 2005 to replace him and nobody ever been allowed to run against him since then. Nominations have to be in a PBA board of directors meeting run by Kaz, so nobody ever nominates anybody to his face. Then some flunky buddy "makes a motion" that Good Ole Kaz "stay on as president along with the whole executive board 'cause they all been doing such a great job!" Kaz asks for somebody to second the motion and its a done deal. Every 4 years. No voting.

Bradshaw will not allow a real union to get into PBSO. He needs a sell-out PBA president he owns and Kaz is that guy. Stop by the PBA Hall's cigar smoking room some Friday night.

How come no SAO Public Corruption or FDLE or Inspector General investigation of Bradshaw using tax payer's dollars to cash out Kaz for "unused" time off (>$50,000!) that everybody in the county knows was double-dipped? Those are just a couple of the pay-offs Bradshaw makes for Kaz to make the PBA stand down along with putting his kids and son-in-law and buddies on the sheriff's payroll.

Yes he does that. And yes all know.
But similar to a handkerchief, these departments are for showing, not blowing.
The SAO and The FDLE are nothing more than symbols.
Unless you're trying to report crimes by county workers.
In this case, you be the center of an investigation.
If you want a promotion, procure a child for Gauger to molest, and your career will take off.

In short, the real reason why the members routinely get ripped off,
is because most of the membership are authentic pussies, who would sell their own mothers to the highest bidder. In a world outside the realm of a corrupt LE Org., The members are not worth spit.

Your complains are worthless, because you're surrounded by cowardly scumbags.
Any questions?

Let's get a 55 gal. drum of ice filled with Blue Moon beer, free BBQ,
and hold a picnic meet at John Prince Park. We all need a little mingling.
Lots of successful elections were born from beer, and agreements written on napkins.
Get a donation box up in the common areas, for the common deputies.

Time to give another union a chance. It's easy enough. Worth it just to see the look on Bradshaw's and Kaz's face when the PBA loses and they know their bromance is over.

Watch for the new "PBA Policies" that get rammed through at the same time at those meetings, too. PBA president and Executive Council salary increases effective October and a nice 5% raise on that come January 1 every year. Every year. Paid for Kaz's big house on the water, his boat, the fuel for the boat and those PBA cars in the driveway, and gas for the wife and him are free too!

Does not surprise me. A slice of pizza would be enough for some of the dirt bags.
Members need to get together in groups of 4 or 5 at a time, and gain a consensus.
Dougan's not here anymore, so your not going to get any directives, on how to grow a set of balls and change things for the better.

You'll need to figure out who's who, and "slowly" consolidate.
