If we were smart and had a backbone and were not sheep we would drop the PBA and go with

https://iupa.org/about-us/

This is where Gary Lippman is at and where we should be.

Instead we are weak little sheep. Baaaaaaaaaaa!

Who are our PBA reps nowadays? Does anyone even know? Baaaaaaaaaa!!! Wake up, you are police officers for Christ's sake! Act like it. Everybodys scared of their own badge. When dugger and athol sold their souls to katz it was the death knell...why we would settle for fagan and kaz when we could be protected by lippman, someone who actually cares is beyond me

So maybe he'll leave with Kaz. Them and their wives can drive off in their free vehicles to retire in style, and real union work can start getting done finally. Just make sure to collect the PBA credit cards from Kaz and his wife and change the locks on all the doors, especially on the liquor closet at the PBA.

PBA reps let Kaz buy them off and get away with firing Lippman. PBA reps are as much of the problem as Kaz looting the treasury giving himself HUGE raises and 5% increases on top every January (another one is coming up!), buying PBA cars for the wife and himself and running up the PBA credit cards on golf equipment, shoes and clothing bought at Whirlaway Golf Center in Methuen, MA for his family and friends. They all need to go if Lippman is ever going to come back.

Start with Sheriff Bradshaw. He ordered PBA president "Kaz" Kazanjian to fire the PBA General Counsel. Next up is "Kaz". No backbone and totally owned by Bradshaw for reasons Public Corruption should be looking at (like that HUGE payout Bradshaw gave Kaz for "UNUSED" paid time off    :o  So from what I hear about Gary's story, Kaz fired Lippman on the spot while Gary was still in the parking lot at HQ, right after Bradshaw hung up on Kaz! Next up is the PBA Executive Council. Not a testicle between them all. Totally owned by Kaz who "buys" them off with their own PBA members dues money and charity money (for free hotel rooms free drinks and free food and golf at PBA "charity" events). Next is the "elected" PBA reps who are scared of Kaz and just let Lippman get screwed by him. Last of all is the PBA members. Gary Lippman? Did something happen?

Time to change unions then. Bradshaw owns Kazanjian and the PBA even more now then he did when he ordered Kaz to fire Lippman. Bradshaw is carrying Kaz Jr., Kaz's daughter (in a FRS high risk pension multiplier civilian job) and her husband (in Fleet Management) on his PBSO payroll, and paid Kaz close to $50,000 total for "unused" paid time off that him and Kaz knew was double-dipped. Kaz used up all his PBSO paid time-off on all those vacation cruises and at golf resorts (getting the same vacations paid for TWICE, by PBSO and by the PBA!), but because he intentionally never put in a TAMs for anything, Bradshaw could cut him the checks for all of that time as if it was never used! Scheme to Defraud? Official Misconduct? Where's Public Corruption? Maybe Bradshaw and Kaz will get their FRS pensions forfeited.

Gary is at IUPA, the union that threw the PBA out of the Broward Sheriff's Office a year or so ago, and just threw the PBA out of Sarasota PD. That would be too cool if Gary and IUPA threw the PBA and sell-out "Kaz" outta PBSO, Boynton, Delray, and Palm Beach Gardens.

Sheriff Bradshaw would have a heart attack if he saw Gary at the table to actually "negotiate" for a new contract. Bradshaw and Kaz made sure to cut Lippman out of the last contract negotiations to make sure he didn't mess with their DRR's and especially so the PBSO civilians could keep getting screwed. Our pay plan isn't even in the contract like it is with LE and Corrs, and Kaz is good with Bradshaw changing it any time he wants to.

Being able to hire civilian cronies, family and friends from outside the Agency right into civilian supervisor jobs, something the Sheriff can't do per the PBA contracts covering LEO and Corrections sergeants and lieutenants, is a PBA gift that Kaz keeps on giving to Bradshaw. No promotional process for civilians and a civilian pay plan kept out of the contract so the Sheriff can change at will is just a couple of gifts Kaz gives to Bradshaw in exchange for Bradhsaw promoting Kaz Jr to sergeant, handing Kristin Kazanjian a civilian "high liability" position more senior civilian employees should a got, and hiring Kristin's husband over at Motor Pool even though he finished in the "process" below more qualified candidates. But the biggest gift of all Kaz gave to Bradshaw was firing Lippman. Kaz was right, too, that nobody at the PBA was going to stand up for Gary.
