I was lying in bed tonight with my GF and watched the news where a DBPD LT. was picking up garbage during a community program that attempted to make relations with the Delray Beach residents and DBPD officers. After putting HER kids to bed and taking care of BUSINESS, my GF recognized her baby's father on T.V picking up garbage

The answer to your question about wtf is going on up at the PBA is business as usual. Sheriff's Office business or Bradshaw business to be truthful. If your not a PBSO member then you don't count for shit up there at our "union." Bradshaw got tired of Gary defending officers on his shit list and probably put it to Kaz, our "union" president to fire him or no more favors for Kaz's family and friends that Bradshaw put on his payroll. Simple as that. Bradshaw and Kaz Team: 1, PBA members: -0.

I get it that PBA members like me can't do anything about what OUR county PBA does. But what about the PBA reps WE elect to go up there? Lippman was OUR lawyer and been doing work for US since before most guys got here. I never saw Kazangien down here. Anybody remember Gary standing up to the City Commissioners and their lawyer for US in City Hall? Kazangien can fire OUR guy because HIS boss gets pissed over Gary fighting for some deputy's job? WTF is OUR PBA reps doing other than chowing down "Kaz"?

All PBA members are the problem because you let these things happen. Shut up, or organize everyone to attend the meeting and voice your opinions. This is not your organization, this is Kaz and Ernies.. . Until you take it back.

The problem is all the PBA Reps that Kaz APPOINTED! All the voting at the meetings are by voice voting, so the APPOINTED reps shout down the elected ones. If all the elected PBA reps from all the cities and Martin County SO stood and said to Kaz "You're done"! some of the PBSO reps would join in. They're scared Kaz can get the Palm Beach County Sherriff to screw them, but if they see the brothers and sisters cops standing up some of them will do it too. Every union has to have a by-law to remove a president or anybody else. It probably could get done in one meeting and he would be gone. Just need to have cops standing by when he leaves to make sure he doesn't take the credit cards and everything in the building with him. If none of our elected reps have the stones to do it they shouldn't be carrying guns!

Next PBA Meeting June 15, 2016?

Postby Guest » Sat Jun 04, 2016 6:17 pm

Good luck getting a look at the PBA constitution and by laws or rules on the website. IT'S GONE! How come when PBA members are talking here about Kaz's greedy change in the rules so he can stay on a president even after he's done with the DROP in a couple months, and starting to talk about showing up at the PBA hall to question him about him firing Lippman all of a sudden the PBA website goes down???? Something rotten is going on over there. :?

So true. And so sad. They should all drop off their guns. I was looking to see if I could find Lippman because nobody at the PBA will even answer a question about him. Google "pba attorney gary lippman" and just go thru the first 3 pages. How does that guy get fired and that fat embarassment Kaz gets to stay? Our elected PBA "representatives" should turn in their badges and their guns.

I Googled him. Wow. He got fired? By "Kaz", the guy who promised every Boynton cop was gonna get hired by his pal Bradshaw? "Kaz", the guy who never came back to Boynton after screwing us all and is doing NOTHING about Katz retaliating against every guy who bought the "Kaz" bullshit? Lippman is gone now because that guy fired him?

You answered your own questions. Sergant Kazanjian doesn't need to worry about having a good PBA lawyer. His boss Ric Bradshaw has stationed him at the PBA Bar & Grill for the last dozen years or so. The only complaints he gets are that there out of snacks. Lippman was as close to a conscience that pack of hyenas ever had. Shame on members because they are the ones getting screwed.

Anybody seen that thing Lippman wrote that got him fired? What was in there that got the sheriff mad? Wheres the deputy he was ding it for? I've known him a very long time and I don't think Gary could do something wrong or unethical. But I don't feel the same way about our "union" president Kaz. POST THE LETTER!

Answering your own question again. This is getting boring. Lippman should have known better then to win cases against Bradshaw. If Kaz was smart he would have pulled Gary off all the PBSO cases and let him just be the PBA lawyer for everybody else. Then he would have Lippman to defend himself when the feds execute a search warrant over there. Dumb move to fire that guy. Can't wait t see what was in that "letter"!!!!

POST THE LETTER! I'd love to read whatever Gary wrote and I'm betting not a word of it was untrue. That's why Bradshaw had to get him fired. funny thing though, Bradshaw was stopped from firing the guy Gary was representing because by now it would've happened. Gary got fired end of February. . . .

How DARE you question what we so at the PBA. It is none of your business. Just pay your dues ans shut up. You can come to the meeting, but don't think we are foing to allow anyone to queation what we do. Just eat, drink and be merry, but keep quiet as you have always done and everything will be ok.

Gary Ferreri is the only PBA rep with any guts and brains. He should be the PBA president. Kaz and every one of his puppets that collects a PBA salary and a charity salary (or 2 or 3?) should be kicked out of the PBA.
