Boy oh boy. Assistant Chief James "Kiss Ass" Stormes did everything possible to get rid of the current chief, thinking he was going to be the next chief. Stormes even brought in his own brown nosers (Major Bechtel) to make him look good. How dare this city commission not appoint him chief. What do they think they are doing?
