Awesome friggin show tonight!

Postby Anonymous » Wed Jun 15, 2011 8:15 pm

I just wanted to tell you all the show tonight was awesome. One of your best ones if not the best. That Kazman guy was so funny but so right on the mark when he said McAuliffe need to grow a pair of balls. When he said McAuliffe should be his wife's Judicial Assistant, I laughed so hard my neighbor came over to make sure I was okay.

Great show and keep up the great work!

HEY RICK. I WANT TO KNOW IF U CAN EXPLAIN WHAT BRADSHAW IS DOING WITH THE CREDIT CARD THING. I READ THE THREAD ON HERE RELATING TO THE USE OF THE CARD AND THE FRAUD BUT IM NOT SURE IM GETTING WHAT THE FRAUD IS. IS THE FRAUD THE WHOLE THING ABOUT FALSIFYING AN OFFICIAL DOCUMENT LIKE WHAT CAN HAPPEN IN THE CLERKS OFFICE OR IS THAT THE BUYING OF THE TASTY STEAK DINNERS THAT THE SHERIFF HAS BEEN DOING.

FYI - WE ALL AT THE CLERKS OFFICE HEARD ABOUT UR SHOW ABOUT THE JUDGES AND STUFF AND THINK ITS GREAT U ARE EXPANDING THE FORMAT TO A WIDER VERIETY OF AUDIANCE. THERE HAS BEEN TOO MUCH HAPPENING IN OUR COUNTY AND NOT JUST AT THE SA OR PBSO OFFICES EITHER. THANK U THANK U THANK U AND WE WILL BE LISTENING TO UR SHOW AGAIN NEXT WK.

SIGNED,

A GOOD LISTENER
HEY RICK. I WANT TO KNOW IF U CAN EXPLAIN WHAT BRADSHAW IS DOING WITH THE CREDIT CARD THING.
I just received a PM from CopTalk asking me to explain this in more detail. Okay - here we go and please reference the linked document because I've put all the documentation in one place with exhibit markers (Linked Document is HERE: http://news.pbsotalk.ru/sites/default/files/TheftFraudEvidence2.pdf)

On April 27th, 2011, after receiving an anonymous tip about abuse of PBSO purchasing cards, PBSOTalk.com did a Public Records request asking for the purchasing card records for a Colonel of Legal Affairs (Exhibit A). We received these records on May 7th and found out about several purchases that raised several flags and blatantly violate Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office policy regarding purchasing cards (See Exhibit D for the prohibited purchases).

Shortly after I received the public records request, I received another anonymous tip from a different source; this was someone within Sheriff Ric Bradshaw’s administration and they had explicit knowledge of details not available to the public.

This tip stated the following, and I’m slightly paraphrasing to keep the integrity of the tip while preserving the identity of the tipster:

“Your public records request of a Colonel at PBSO has stirred up a hornet’s nest… more importantly, Ric Bradshaw.

The Sheriff has a P-Card too. He has had three issued, but because of a certain Public Records request that came in, he rushed to get a new one right away. Why? So that if a Public Records Request came in asking for the history of his P-Card, there would be no history on the new card attached.

Of course, a Public Records Request would ask for ALL P-cards issued to him with history and any Fraud Reports. Now, that is important. To be issued a new one, there must be a fraud that occurred. Well, he still wants a new card so he might be in a position to commit fraud by falsifying the fraud report he must swear to and sign.

He might put himself in a position to commit fraud by falsifying the fraud report he must sign stating a fraud has occurred on the card. Well, no fraud did occur on the card he has. That would all show up in these reports. The bank will not issue a new P-Card without a fraud report. The history on the card will reveal a lot, some maybe not so legal.

Give it a week or so, make sure he gets a new card and he signs that fraud report. That’s a crime!”

The tipster had explicit knowledge the Sheriff was going to commit fraud in order to receive a new purchasing card with a new purchasing card account number. In doing this, any requests that came in to Central Records to obtain Sheriff Bradshaw’s purchasing card records would result in no transactions. Because of this tip, we were able to restructure the wording of the public records request to include ALL records for ANY purchasing cards he had in the last several years (See Exhibit B). As you may note, we also requested any fraud reports Sheriff Bradshaw signed to obtain that new card.

The records requested had two reports of fraud. The first reported fraud (Exhibit G, all pages) occurred in March 2011 and came with extensive ancillary documentation detailing the nature of the fraud. This documentation included disputed charges, facsimiles to the bank, e-mails concerning the fraudulent charges, etcetera. In other words, it was a legitimate request to obtain a new purchasing card because the account had been subject to theft

The second fraud report (Exhibit C, all pages) came just days after Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office received the public records for the PBSO Colonel. This fraud report is an official document signed by the elected Sheriff dated May 12th, 2011. The Fraud Report and request for a new Purchasing Card showed no other documentation in reference to any fraudulent charges. There were no disputed charges, no calls to the bank, and no e-mails there had ever been any fraudulent activity on the account. It was simply a fraud report so Sheriff Bradshaw could obtain a new card with a fresh account number.

The benefit of having a fresh account number is so if a public-records request is submitted asking for Sheriff Bradshaw’s purchasing card records, the requester would receive a letter from the records department stating there were no transactions on the card issued to Sheriff Ric Bradshaw. One may ask why a Sheriff would sign an affidavit claiming his credit card was used in fraudulent activity; we certainly questioned it ourselves, until we began reviewing the charges.

These charges included numerous visits to the Okeechobee Steakhouse where the tax-paying citizens fed our good Sheriff. Other charges were for auto parts and there was even a large tab ($144.81) racked up at a bar. Sheriff Ric Bradshaw spent thousands of dollars at restaurants, bars, hotels and other purchases that are strictly forbidden to be purchased with the PBSO Purchasing card. Sheriff Bradshaw KNEW these items were prohibited because with the issuance of each new card, the person receiving the card is responsible for signing a form like the one he signed in Exhibit D and Exhibit C, P3.

Basically, to get around having to show what he was wasting tax dollars on, Sheriff Bradshaw falsified the affidavit stating his card was used fraudulently. He did this so anyone requesting his purchasing card records would see nothing in the history. Is that clear enough for you?

Hey guys, we have a great show planned for you tomorrow night at 7pm and an announcement that I think some of you are going to LOVE! The administration at PBSO and other agencies may not be so happy though? Anyway, listen to the show tomorrow and on Wednesday July 6th you should enjoy what we have in store for that and future shows. We appreciate all your feedback and tips! We also encourage you to call in and become a part of the show and voice your opinions on our topics or what ever else you got. Toll Free 1-877-960-9960. On another note, you really need to watch your police union and the control they have on your agencies thus the men and women of... I will be happy to elaborate more and assist any of you with issues concerning that topic and will write of my experiences on the thread which Deputy Dog has just put up concerning that issue. Above all, remember, you must cover yourself for legal protection first and foremost. But you do not have to pay for those rights and at the same time pay for those in power to dictate and control or cover who they want when they want. Due to recent cases in PBSO it may very well benefit those involved to be dual covered or simply go with FOP by paying on your own? Since the PBA has demanded that PERK only recognize them (PBA) as the dues collecting authority from your pay check.

I have found “The Beat” to be interesting and informative yet the one hour segment seemed too short. Last week, it was announced that the show would expand to a 2 hour block. I was looking forward to that extra time. The host, Commander ***** may bring some experience to the group, but it’s the street-smart approach and well spoken manner of the co-host, Retired Sgt. Henry, that keeps me listening. The other co-host, Officer Dan has also had great input while relaying his experiences, when he “jumps in”. I just don’t understand why the two co-hosts were not included in the 2nd hour. It was very strange to “go to break” at the end of the first hour, return to the same discussion, yet the co-hosts were not included. I’m sorry, but if the 2nd half of the show continues with Jose Lambiet, and the focus is on “gossip” instead of “Real Cop Talk”, then I think someone made a bad decision. I prefer the dynamics of the original group with the expanded time. That’s why I turned in! Am I the only one that observed this?

I was hoping for some good **** about Delsa, Ric, McAuliffe or any other asshole we have controlling govt but I had to hear about that bitch Anthony. Sorry guyz but after 10 mins I went and watched tv.

It perplexes me, as to why the Radio Show isn't talking more about Bradshaw's scheme to defraud and budget issues? They are a media outlet with connections. How about them start calling out the local news media? Freedom of press means its ok to report the truth guys. Like I said, bla bla bla... Actions speak louder than words. Get active, physically bring information, hand it off face to face. Stroking your keys alone does nothing. DD, can't do it by himself. It takes teamwork.

Sounds like Sgt. Henry wrote this LOL, was happy to hear a little less of him. He is always defending Delsa, and his boy Bradshaw.
I have found “The Beat” to be interesting and informative yet the one hour segment seemed too short. Too bad you didn't make it, they went off on the Delsa case and ***** blasted Bradshaw and his budget again but the best was the shooting case at Goldfingers they brought up where the victim was told to take herself to the hospital by the deputy. That was great! Also he slammed McAuliffe about the latest banner flying the 4th on Flagler, Judge Bryson ect. You missed a good show and Jose has added alot more dimension to it he has some great informants. This will really stir up things but you can't expect them to blast the PBSO every time or their credibility would be shot as a national police type show. People would think its just too pick on PBSO which is what this website does a good job of.
Hate to say it but I shut it off and didn't make it to the 2nd hr. Well, I seem to think that the last guest who compared the release of the women's bra sizes, to the appalling conduct of our esteemed Sheriff speaks volumes! I believe he was a police chief? Now Ric, you have an opinion of a real police chief. Choke on it! Your day and fatmans day is coming! Great show tonight. That show could stay on that topic seven days a week, for 3 hours a day. Finally, the last point the nice lady made was, the Sheriff has particular items that he was not to use the IP card for and he did it anyway. That's because he thinks he is above the law. Nobody is above the law. I will be disseminating some information soon that will allow someone to contact a very important person with regards to any complaint. Hopefully, God willing, I will let everyone who is willing to fill out a sworn affidavit with regards to any legitimate ethical violations. Please stay posted. To the guy posting at 9:43. - you got it on the money. That lady was sharp and she apparently read the stuff posted because that point was perfect. The PBSO talk guy didn't even talk about the fact Bradshaw signed that p card agreement got the stuff that wasn't allowed and she did! She didn't sound like a cop or anyone in the know but a really informed citizen. Good for her and we need many many more like her in this county!

It's funny when you see what some agencies will tolerate vs. What other agencies will tolerate. On one extreme, some agencies will fire you for profanity and on the other extreme, you have PBSO where YIU won't even be fired if you commit a multiple string of felonies while using sheriffs office property and on sheriffs office time.

The fact IA hasn't bothered to look into the sick bastard showing porn pictures while on duty is just crazy. Just sickening. Because they haven't had a complaint? No, that jackass Bradford is just disgracing us all and that's okay in the sheriffs book because he disgraced us all too.

I would like to send a special thanks to the manager for not painting us all with the same brush. Still, i won't ever eat there again because I'm just too danged embarrassed to show my face in there after that.

That is called pride, Sheriff. Perhaps you should find some yourself.

Sorry I have to disagree with the posts about last night’s show, it was boring, same old stuff rambling on about the state attorney and the sheriff, blah blah blah. The show should just be called “The Beat” because they are not talking about police stuff. How about guests that are part of the law enforcement field and talk about topics that relate to police work. You guys have had good guests in the past but have been drifting further from “Real Cop Talk”. I will keep listing…for now

Bella I don't know what you heard but I thought it was GREAT, they had a guest from the ethics commission, a county commissioner, many good stories about police related current issues including the female cop bra story out of Indy and city mayor shot at plus the deputy with the sex harassment thing. Nobody else has all those stories and guests on a tv show let alone radio. This show is amazing - yeah they do continue to point out local county corruption but that is an issue that nobody has addressed and I commend them for exposing it. I hope they keep this up too because you know that is getting the dirt balls attention. Geeee... I wonder who Bella really is. I thought the show was KICKIN and my neighbors listened too! I would be willing to bet Bella has ties to someone who was exposed on the show and attempting to get the direction of the show to move away from corruption in the county since exposing it would only harm her livelihood.

BELLA MAY BE ONE OF GAUGERS LOVE HANDLES? WHOEVER HE/SHE IS IT MUST TAKE ALOT TO KEEP THEM FROM GETTING BORED? PERHAPS THEY SHOULD LISTEN TO SOMETHING MORE EXCITING LIKE THE COOKING CHANNEL. THERE HE/SHE CAN BRUSH UP ON THEIR BBQ IN CASE OF A COUNTY WIDE DISASTER. GEEE I WONDER IF THEY WILL BRING US FANS OF PBSO TALK, FOOD FROM THOSE HIGHDOLLAR BBQ WAGONS THAT WERE BOUGHT OUT OF OUR TAXPAYER DOLLARS ALONG WITH THE NICE TRUCKS TO PULL THEM OR WILL THEY SIMPLY ONLY SUPPLY THE POOR NON TAXPAYER RESIDENTS ALONG WITH THE BRADSHAW / MCaULIFFE CRONIES? (IN CASE OKEECHOBEE STEAK HOUSE IS RUINED) OR WILL IT BE BRADSHAW/AARONBERG OR GAUGER/RICHARDSON? WHO KNOWS BUT WHAT IS IMPORTANT IS WHO WILL RUN THE BBQ WAGONS IN A NEW REGIME? WILL IGO STILL BE IN CHARGE OF THIS SPECIAL FOOD FIGHTING UNIT? OR MAYBE THE K-9 GUY WHO SELLS MORE HARLEYS THAN HE MAKES ARRESTS?
