They are only going to work for you if you are in the click. PBA is collecting over $100,000 per month just from dues for PBSO members. What are they doing with that money? The last member who asked that was thrown out. Why is that? Why won't they make their budget available for it's membership to view? Could it be why Kaz has a house on the water in Martin County? Has new boats, new cars, parties for his PBA friends, travels the world? How come Ernie had to stay after he retired?. Could it be the benefits he has at his house? Time to ask these serious questions. Better yet it is time to unite and get a real bargaining unit to represent us, like our neighbors to the south did. They found out the lies they were being fed. We are just as smart. Time to act. Get rid of the deadwood. Say goodbye to PBA

Closer to $300,000 per month. Do the math. Multiply your monthly dues times 5000 PBA members. More then 3 and 1/2 million dollars per year just in dues. Add in the "PBA charity" money that 40% goes to "administration" (hotel rooms, food, drink, and green fees for Kaz's family and friends) and your probably close to $4 million dollars in CASH per year that is totally unaccounted for.

Thats the same kind of stuff that was going on in Broward. Thats why BSO threw the PBA out of there. Palm Beach County PBA's president just does it on a bigger scale and out in the open because he knows the sheriff and the state attorney got his back and will squash any criminal investigation of the disappearing money. You can bet that if the members vote out Kaz and crew he'll be useless to the sheriff and the state attorney and then things can happen.

Get some balls and join the FOP or another police union. One who will have your back. Don't spew the usual bullshit about collective bargaining crap. You are covered even if you don't pay your dues to the PBA. As for discipline, if it comes down to that you still have the same rights. If it comes to a review board the Sheriff will pick two, you will pick two and they will pick a fifth. Make sure your two picks are strong, not whimps. Collect your balls and start doing the right thing.

PBA got kicked out of BSO, out of Sarasota and lost big time in Volusia County SO. PBA here is owned by the Sheriff because Kaz's whole family and his PBA Grill Team buddies are on Bradshaw's payroll. If your "union" president fires your "union" lawyer because he did his job too good, you don't have a "union".

Bradshaw and PBA prez Kaz stack the review boards against anybody on their shit lists and makes sure cases going to arbitration get pulled and put into those stacked review boards. Vote the PBA out same as cops and civilians all over Florida are doing.

Once PERC cards for another union get signed by enough people, PERC will hold a secret ballot election. The PBA will lose any secret ballot election against any other union same as Kaz would lose a secret ballot election for PBA president. That's why Kaz has never been "elected" since Earnie George appointed him PBA president more then 10 years ago. Kaz makes sure nobody ever runs against him. Dade PBA voting out their longtime PBA president last week and the whole PBA getting voted out of BSO has got Kaz scared. Very scared. Bradshaw too!

Who is the good lawyer over at the Palm Beach PBA?

Loony Larry actually hides from clients. When I showed at his office, he slipped out the window and fled. It was only a question.
The PBA needs lawyers.
