Brian Fernandes removed from his cushy spot

Thank goodness there is actually some integrity in the PBC State Attorney Office. The integrity is from the so called lower level employees who finally came forward and made complaints on Brian Fernandes on hostile workplace environment, by the way he was treating employees.
You see, when you are graced with a high paying position you feel you are entitled. This has been going on since 2012 and THE state attorney (an elected official) has done nothing about it until someone had the bravery to contact the press. Disgusting on every level that this was allowed to fester for so many years.

Preach it brother; all true and couldn't have said it better myself. Brian Fernandes is a corrupt, power-tripping, arrogant POS.

Read all about it: http://www.palmbeachpost.com/news/pbc-chief-assistant-prosecutor-moved-over-internal-complaints/JXEkVE1A5SWaiGpiyNemYP/

Problem is Adrienne Ellis is in charge of the investigation and has moved into his position, and she's just as bad as he is (in both different and similar ways) - talk about the fox guarding the hen-house! Business as usual under Dave Aronberg!

After all these yrs I can't believe this sick sadist is still on the loose! Such cruel memories his name brings. I dated this monster a short time until my sister convinced me to stop. If I did something he didn't approve of he would viciously beat me in places marks wouldn't be seen. If I came to him and was too tired for sex he would viciously rape me. He controlled my money, I left the relationship with just a small fraction of what I had.

Sex was a nightmare. He got off on tying me up and using torture devices. Once he took those black paper clips from Office Depot and put them all over my body. My nipples, my skin and even the lips of my vagina. I was screaming so hard from the pain, crying but he had his filthy underwear shoved in my mouth. I will never forget the pain and humiliation he put me through. Thank goodness for my sister, because I tried to normalize his sick, deviant behavior.

I always thought I would read about him in the newspaper one day but I thought I would be reading a story about the man who was going to prison for some twisted crime. I never dreamed I would read about him running the prosecutors office. At least these other women had the guts to speak out though I'm surprised he didn't just beat them or rape them for doing a job not up to his standard.

Brian Fernandes be damned! Be strong, you are not alone! I thought I was the only human who experienced this at the hands of Fernandes, and I carried so much guilt and confusion about my response to the abuse. I accepted my powerlessness, and I felt I deserved it. The harrowing details of my own assault resulted in years of PTSD, addiction and depression.

While I was tied up and being beaten and told unspeakable things by Brian, I truly felt like I could die. Not just because mr. Fernandes the abuser said to me, ‘I could kill you right now,’ but because in that moment I felt like I left my body and I was too afraid to run. My depression escalated to the point where I considered taking my own life. I struggled with self-harm to the point of two suicide attempts, which landed me in a psychiatric hospital for a short period of time. This was, however, a turning point in my life when I started seeking professional help to deal with my trauma and mental stress. People are seeing him for the sicko he is. Have faith God will punish him.

The recent revelations concerning Palm Beach County State Attorney Brian Fernandes brought two courageous women to post allegations of sexual abuse and torture by this monster. A woman also contacted me and though she wished to remain anonymous, she agreed to match a reward by PBSOTalk for anyone with the courage to reveal their identities come forward against this evil man in the form of a civil lawsuit or a criminal investigation. PBSOTalk is prepared to offer $1,000, with another $1,000 matched by the anonymous victim. We will also pay for your court filing fees.

It is imperative this criminal who preys on people simply for the fact they are women, is brought to justice. A rapist, torturer and mental abuser has no place wielding his power to destroy lives of the innocent for his own sadistic joy, let alone in our society. Please write me at jmdgn@mail.ru if you have information. As always, all correspondence with me will remain completely anonymous.

Funny how nothing has been reported on this since the first time we heard about it. We all know this type of investigation doesn't take that long. Are they going to cover this up also?

The women involved should sue Fernandes and his boss, David Aronberg, individually for knowing this type of activity existed under his command and for failure to do anything. Oh that's right, this is Palm Beach County, the corruption capital of the south. Favors would be done and nothing would happen anyhow. What a shame.
